Join The Merry Band

The OG community program: get rewarded for growing Alandale.

The Merry Band is Alandale's community rewards program. Half of LUTE's initial supply (250,000,000 LUTE, see Tokenomics) is set aside for the community: the initial airdrop, and future airdrops and incentives like this one. The Merry Band is how that allocation reaches the people actually building Alandale's community, not just its liquidity.

Robin Hood didn't work alone. Neither does Alandale.

Two ways in

There are two tracks. Join either, or both, they're not exclusive.

Active & Social

Everyone is welcome here, at any level: a first-time explainer thread counts as much as a veteran shiller's. For people spreading the word and helping others get onboarded:

• Post about Alandale, tag @alandalexyz, use #MerryBand
• Shill Alandale on X: the yield, the pools, how it all works
• Answer questions and welcome newcomers in Discord and Telegram
• Write explainers, tutorials, or walkthrough videos: how the flywheel works, how to make your first swap, why a dividend moves a stock token's price without moving the pool
• Refer a wallet that goes on to swap, LP, or lock

Builders

For people shipping something on top of Alandale: a bot, a dashboard, an integration. See the Builders Program for what counts and how to submit.

What you get

Reward	How
OG Merry Band role	A permanent Discord/Telegram badge for anyone credited during the first campaign season. It's only earned during that window, which is what makes it OG.
Ambassador role	Renewed each season for the most active, highest-quality contributors on the Active & Social track.
Builder / Core Builder role	Earned when a submitted tool is accepted; Core Builder for tools kept running and maintained across seasons.
veLUTE	Drawn from the community allocation above. Not a flat rate per post; the exact structure is being finalized and will be announced before the season opens.

Roles aren't just a badge; they're how the team recognizes who to route bounties, betas, and early access to first.

How contributions get credited

There's no points system and no fixed rate per action. Post your links (tweets, threads, tutorials, videos, whatever you made) in the campaign channels, and a mod reviews them. Reward scales with real reach and quality, not activity for its own sake: a well-written thread that lands in front of a real audience, or the best shill of the week, earns more than a low-effort repost. There's no minimum bar to join: every level of contribution is welcome, and support content like tutorials and walkthrough videos counts just as much as a viral tweet.

Timeline

The first Merry Band season opens October 2026, about a month out. Between now and then:

1. This documentation goes up (you're reading it)
2. Discord and Telegram get the campaign channels and roles wired in
3. The season opens, credit starts counting
4. The veLUTE reward structure is announced ahead of the open
